AI Consulting Agreement and Terms of Use

This AI Consulting Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Larry Collett Consulting Group ("Consultant") and the undersigned Client ("Client").

1. Services

Consultant agrees to provide AI consulting services as requested by Client, including but not limited to AI automation, strategic implementation, and advisory services.

2. Fees & Payment

Hourly Rate: Consulting services are billed at $175 per hour, with a minimum of one (1) hour per session.
Travel Expenses:
- If travel exceeds 100 miles from Consultant’s location, Client agrees to cover reasonable hotel accommodations.
- Mileage beyond 10 miles from Consultant’s primary address of 1605 Central Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483 is charged at $0.70 per mile, per the IRS standard mileage rate for 2025.
Payment Terms: Client agrees to remit full payment for services within 7 days of receiving an invoice. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per month.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a one-hour minimum charge.

4. Confidentiality

Consultant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client-provided information and will not disclose proprietary data without Client's written consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Consultant provides AI consulting services as guidance and strategic recommendations. Consultant makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. Client agrees that Consultant shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of South Carolina.

7. Acceptance

By signing below, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
