How monitoring works
- Baseline. Together we write a test set for each AI system: the questions customers actually ask, the answers it must get right, the things it must refuse, and the information it must never reveal.
- Scheduled checks. The test set runs on a schedule and after every known change to the model, prompt or data. Results are scored against the baseline.
- Alerts. When accuracy drops, a refusal stops working, or a test question pulls out information it should not, you hear about it, with the example that failed.
- Quarterly review. A short report on trends, what changed, and whether the test set needs updating as your business changes.
What we watch for
- Accuracy against the answers you have approved.
- Leakage of personal or confidential information.
- Safety and tone: refusals that stop working, or answers you would not want attributed to you.
- Changes in the underlying model or settings, and what they did to the results.
- Resistance to the prompt-injection attacks found in earlier testing, so fixed problems stay fixed.
Who it is for
Businesses with a customer-facing AI system, or an internal one people rely on for decisions, that needs to keep working the way it was approved. It pairs naturally with red team testing: each finding becomes a permanent test.
Monitoring is a monthly service, priced by how many systems and tests are covered.
