AI Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This AI Use Policy explains how Larry Collett Consulting Group uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) in connection with the Site, including how the Site was built, how we use AI to generate content and deliver services, and how AI processes the information you share with us. We believe in being transparent about our use of AI, and this Policy is part of that commitment.

This Policy applies to every visitor to the Site. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated here by reference. If there is a conflict between this Policy and our Privacy Policy on a matter of personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

2. Disclosure: This Website Is Built 100% Using AI

We want you to know exactly how this Site was created. This website was designed, developed, and built 100% using artificial intelligence. This includes, where applicable:

  • The Site’s structure, layout, and visual design;
  • The underlying code, components, and configuration;
  • Written content, copy, and messaging displayed on the Site;
  • Images, graphics, and other media generated or assembled with AI tools; and
  • The automated systems and workflows that operate behind the Site.

AI tools were used under human direction and review. While we take care to ensure the Site is accurate and functional, AI-generated material can contain errors, omissions, or content that does not reflect our considered judgment. See Section 6 (Accuracy and Limitations).

3. How We Use AI

We use AI across several areas of our operations and the Site, including:

Website design and development. AI tools generate and maintain the Site’s code, design, and content as described in Section 2.

Content generation. We use AI to draft, edit, summarize, translate, and format text, and to create or modify images and other media.

Data processing and analytics. We use AI to organize, analyze, and draw insights from data, including data about how visitors interact with the Site, so we can improve our services and your experience.

Visitor communications. We use AI to help us communicate with you. This includes drafting and personalizing emails and messages, powering chat or assistant features on the Site, routing inquiries, and generating responses or follow-ups. See Section 5.

Automation and workflows. We use AI to automate routine tasks such as lead intake, scheduling, categorization, and internal operations.

4. Data We Collect and How AI Uses It

We collect information that you provide directly (such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of any forms or messages you submit) and information collected automatically (such as device, browser, usage, and analytics data, often through cookies and similar technologies).

We use AI to process this information for purposes including:

  • Responding to your inquiries and providing the services you request;
  • Personalizing and improving the Site and your experience;
  • Analyzing trends, performance, and engagement;
  • Communicating with you, including marketing communications where permitted; and
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the Site.

We aim to limit AI processing to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes (data minimization) and to retain data only as long as needed.

Your control over communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any message we send, or by contacting us using the details in Section 12. We will honor opt-out requests as required by applicable law. Note that we may still send you non-marketing messages necessary to respond to your requests or to administer our relationship with you.

We do not sell your contact information. We share contact and other personal information with third-party service providers (including AI providers) only as described in Section 8 and our Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy, Limitations, and No Reliance

AI systems can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and they may reflect biases present in their training data. Although humans oversee our use of AI, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content on the Site or in our communications is error-free.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional judgment or independent verification. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Human Oversight and Accountability

We keep humans involved in our use of AI. Qualified personnel review and direct material AI outputs, and we remain responsible for the content and decisions made on the Site and in our communications with you. If an AI-assisted communication or decision affects you and you would like a human to review it, you may contact us using the details in Section 12.

8. Third-Party AI Providers and Data Sharing

We use third-party AI tools and platforms to provide the Site and our services. When we do, some of the information you provide may be processed by these providers on our behalf. We seek to work with reputable providers that maintain appropriate security and data-handling practices, and we limit the data shared to what is necessary for the relevant service.

We do not authorize our service providers to use your personal information for their own independent purposes except as permitted by our agreements with them and by applicable law. For more detail on the categories of third parties we share data with, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to:

By submitting information through the Site and continuing to use the Site, you consent to our use of AI as described in this Policy, including the AI-assisted processing of your information and the use of your contact information to communicate with you, subject to your rights and choices in Sections 5 and 9. Where applicable law requires opt-in consent for specific activities (such as certain marketing communications), we will obtain that consent before proceeding.

11. Changes to This Policy

As AI technology and the laws governing it continue to evolve, we may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
