Secure by default
- Least privilege. Each automation gets only the accounts, folders and permissions its job needs, with separate service accounts rather than someone's personal login.
- Personal data masked. Names, account numbers and other identifiers are removed or masked before text reaches an AI model, wherever the task allows.
- Business-grade AI providers. Models accessed through business APIs whose terms do not use your data for training by default.
- Verified inputs. Web forms and webhooks check that requests are genuine before anything runs, and treat AI output as untrusted until it is checked.
- A person in the loop. Anything that goes to a customer, moves money or changes records waits for human approval unless you decide otherwise.
- Logging and retention. A record of what each automation did, and automatic deletion of data it no longer needs.
- Secrets kept secret. API keys and passwords stored in a secrets manager or environment settings, never in the workflow itself.
What you get
- The working automation, documented: what it does, what it can access, and how to switch it off.
- A data-flow diagram showing where customer information goes.
- Tests showing it refuses the obvious attacks, including prompt injection through the content it reads.
- A handover session for whoever will look after it.
